(949) 586-7887 kbrown@mcescrow.com I guess you can say I was “raised” in escrow, growing up the oldest of 4 children, whose mother co-owned Mission Country Escrow. I learned the ins and outs of escrow starting as a young teen filing in during the summer months. I became the office courier once I got my driver’s license and then became the receptionist in the afternoons after school got out during High School. I am proud to work for a Family Company that is the oldest Independent Escrow Company in Saddleback Valley. We’ve been in business for over 30 years. I specialize in all areas of escrow, including Creative-Financing or AITD’s, Reo’s and standard re-sales. I run all of the “back office” and cherish the small dedicated group that we have working here.

From the first day of that job, I knew this would end up being a career for me, as I felt passionate about my job from the very beginning. 39 years later I still feel the same passion and love I first felt. I have been with Mission Country Escrow, since their opening in 1983. Throughout the years I have accumulated a rounded education of residential, resale, short sales, commercial, for sale by owner and refinance transactions. Educated and born in San Diego many doors opened for me to learn what I could do best to meet the needs of others in Real Estate. Throughout my career my commitment to Customer Service is first and foremost. Working as an Account Executive over the last 15 years has given me great satisfaction.
